In this year’s Golden Dagitab Awards and PHILRECA’s Awards from the Wires held last August 11, 2023, at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City, 121 electric cooperatives—including ours—gathered together in this prestigious event that served as a momentous occasion to honor the collective efforts and tireless dedication of our team over the past year of operation, resulting in a well-deserved harvest of awards.
Quezon II Electric Cooperative, Inc. received a total of twenty awards and recognition from the National Electrification Administration (NEA) as well as the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association (PHILRECA). One of the most notable awards given to our cooperative during the ceremony was the “Top Performing EC” award from NEA. This honor was given to us for having attained the “AAA” rating in the Year 2022 Overall Performance assessment having complied with operational standards and parameters. Other awards that we accepted are EC with Advance Loan Amortization Payment to NEA, EC with Fully Liquidated Subsidy Fund, EC with High AGMA Attendance, Highest Amortization Payment as Large EC Award, Consistent Green EC Award, Single Digit System Loss Award, Most Improved Region, and Rural Electrification Program Distinction Award.
Furthermore, our cooperative’s contributions were also celebrated by PHILRECA through the “MCO Champion Award”. This accolade was given to us for having organized our member-consumer-owners at the barangay level and for empowering them to become advocates of the rural electrification movement. In addition to this are the Digital Transformation Award, Occupational Safety & Health Excellence Award, Outstanding Performance Award, State of the Art Workplace Award, Bright Beginning Award, Gold Stellar Award, Information Empowerment Catalyst Award, MCO Prime Participation Award, Model Member EC Award, and Prompt Payor Award.

As we delve into the accolades bestowed upon us, we reflect on the tireless dedication of our team, the unwavering support of our members, and the shared vision that propels us forward into a brighter, more sustainable future.
