QUEZELCO II Shines Bright at NEA-PHILRECA Joint Awarding Ceremony 2025

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines – A shining example of service, excellence, and unity, Quezon II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (QUEZELCO II) brought pride and honor to Region IV-A as it emerged as one of the most awarded cooperatives during the NEA-EC Convergence 2025, held at the SMX Convention Center, Bacolod City. With the theme “Powering the Future,” the national event gathered 1,731 delegates representing 119 electric cooperatives across the country.

QUEZELCO II proudly received multiple honors from both the National Electrification Administration’s (NEA) Lumens Awards and PHILRECA’s Awards from the Wires, affirming its unwavering commitment to excellence in service delivery and cooperative governance.

NEA Lumens Awards:

QUEZELCO II was conferred with nine (9) prestigious awards under the NEA Lumens Awards, namely:

Adding a creative highlight to the celebration, QUEZELCO II’s very own Ryan Paul Ferrer won 1st Prize in the “Disenyo ng Liwanag at Pag-asa 2025: Digital Poster Making Competition” for his work titled “Connected for a Brighter Tomorrow.” His artwork powerfully captured the cooperative’s values of unity, innovation, and hope.

These awards are more than certificates or trophies; they are a tribute to the long hours in the field, late nights ensuring uninterrupted power, and an enduring commitment to serving its Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs).
