The Quezon II Electric Cooperative (QUEZELCO II) warmly invites all its Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) to the 43rd Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA). Mark your calendars for May 30, 2026, as we gather at the Northern Quezon Auditorium in Barangay Comon, Infanta, Quezon to map out a brighter, more progressive future for our community.
This year’s assembly is centered on transparency, progress, and collaboration. It serves as an open avenue for MCOs to hear firsthand the cooperative’s major accomplishments, ongoing projects, critical operational updates, and strategic plans designed to elevate the power service across Northern Quezon.
⏰ Schedule of Activities
To ensure a smooth and orderly event, please take note of the schedule on May 30:

1:00 PM onwards: Official AGMA Program and Updates
📝 Registration Requirements & Guidelines
To participate, look up your status below and make sure to bring the required documents.
For Account Owners
If the electricity connection is directly under your name, simply bring:
- Your QUEZELCO II Membership ID (or any valid government-issued ID).
- Your latest power bill.
For Proxies and Representatives
We understand that some account holders may not be able to attend in person. To ensure fair representation, you may send a proxy by presenting the following specific documents:
- General Representatives: An authorization letter signed by the account owner and a photocopy of the owner’s valid ID.
- Spouses: A copy of your marriage contract or your own QUEZELCO II membership ID as proof of relationship.
- Tenants / Renters: An authorization letter from the property owner, alongside a photocopy (or clear digital photo) of the owner's valid ID.
- Offices / Juridical Entities: A formal authorization letter issued and signed by your Head of Office.
- Deceased Account Owners: If the registered line is still under the name of a deceased relative, the representative must bring a valid ID along with a death certificate or a Barangay Certification verifying the passing of the member.
⚖️ Important Policy Note: QUEZELCO II strictly enforces a "One Member, One Registration" policy. While multiple accounts can be registered using the proper authorizations listed above, a single individual cannot register multiple times under their own name to gain multiple votes or entries.
🎁 Exciting Prizes, Souvenirs, and Giveaways!
Aside from playing an active role in the future of our electric cooperative, attending members have a lot to look forward to!
This year, QUEZELCO II is giving away massive raffle prizes, including 11 brand-new e-bikes to lucky winners!
Additionally, food and institutional tokens will be provided. Please be reminded that the distribution of the Annual Report, complimentary umbrella, and meal allowance will be handled on a strict first-come, first-served basis, with a ratio of one umbrella per registered MCO.
