Yes, the 3-day convention was successfully held! Kudos to PHILRECA 92 West team headed by its Former President Congressman Presley C. De Jesus and the mother of ECs, General Manager Atty. Janeene Depay-Colingan.

Being given the opportunity to bear witness to this momentous event and experience the beautiful city of Iloilo, I can feel the fulfilment of each delegates, taking home their experiences, clear insights and determined purpose. I also come to realize that though there is differences in opinions and political affiliations among the delegates, they are bind by the common objective: the burning desire to ensure that ECs will not be distinct especially during the renewal of franchise. The urge to help one another by sharing their best practices and the desire to contribute to the One EC-MCO Movement so that no one will be left behind is much stronger than ever. Indeed in the movement or in real aspect of life, UNITED WE STAND, WE STAND UNITED. Padayon ECs!
